Maximilla Lukacs and Sarah Sophie Flicker created this empowering PSA featuring Lesley Gore, the artist who first recorded the song back in 1964. My blog is normally not a place for politics but I strongly believe in a woman's right to decide what happens to her own body. This PSA has been featured by CNN, The Huffington Post, and MoveOn.org. It even got a thumbs up from Gloria Steinem herself! I'm so proud of all of these beautiful women who shared in this statement of women's solidarity. Kelsey Brookes' paintings are what you want psychedelic drugs to be: a portal through which you can see beautiful colors and patterns emerging from your mind. You could take drugs thousands of times and still never see imagery such as this! I'm a huge fan of his work; I love the subliminal messages and the symmetrical meditations.
