New York City will always hold a special place in my heart. I was long over due for a visit so Natasha Khan (Bat For Lashes) and I planned a ladies adventure to the city. We filled our days with shopping, amazing restaurants, neon signs, and all the beauty the city had to offer. I even managed to see my parents who were also visiting. The things I miss most about the concrete jungle are the endless hours of exploration I used to do on foot. Even surrounded by thousands of people, I felt that my experience was personal and unique. I'm grateful for the time I spent living in the East Village, probably in one of the last rent controlled apartments! Here are some great New York moments of the past. See you next week old friend!
